THE PIAZZA
In the center of the development is a sweeping one-acre expanse that will become the crown jewel of the complex, the Piazza.

Ringed on two sides by the original 1920s and 1930s factory buildings, the Piazza will be landscaped with an outdoor amphitheatre and performance space, fountains, sculptures, a Biergarten, a children’s playspace, shops, galleries, cafés and more.

In Phase 2, people will be able to live in spacious lofts overlooking this vibrant European-style square.
